For license of three and five users, the additional users are added after the completoin of the registration process, via the Administration Tab from the Application Control Panel

4 - License Agreement

Printing e-Procurement Inc. grants you the use of one License for one location of epro-ft managed file transfer MFT. (Web Application) This license gives the licensee the right to use epro-ft in conjunction with the licensee’s normal business operations with clients, vendors and sub-contractors. The licensee will pay a monthly license fee.

The licensee agrees that aspects of the licensed materials, including specific designs and logistics of web application, constitute trade secrets and/or copyrighted material of Printing e-Procurement Inc. Licensees may not rent or lease the usage of epro-ft and should be used diligently, honestly, and in good faith in the best interests of the licensee clients.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 
In no event shall Printing e-Procurement Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information or data, or other pecuniary losses or for special indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages however caused) arising out of the use of or inability to use epro-ft file transfer, even if Printing e-Procurement Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This license shall remain in effect for 12 months and will be renewed subsequently each month automatically. The monthly license fee maybe revised, subject to 30 days notice. Either party may terminate this agreement upon 30 days written notice of such termination given to the other party.
